Can I take out money at any time?
Yes. Your funds are always available to protect your best friend. Use your balance for anything from life-saving surgery to everyday grooming and training.
Who manages my portfolio?
Your portfolio is managed automatically. Contributions are invested by Matty.ai, our SEC-registered RIA partner, via Alpaca Markets. No human makes discretionary decisions about your account — and all assets are held in custody by BMO.
What happens if I have multiple pets?
Each pet gets their own separate account within your SkyTails profile. You can have different contribution amounts and plan types for each pet.
Who holds my money?
BMO is our custodian. Your assets are held in a segregated, regulated investment account.
How is SkyTails regulated?
Our investment recommendations are fully auditable, deterministic, and documented for total transparency. All trades are executed by Matty.ai, an SEC-registered Investment Advisor, via Alpaca, with assets held in custody by BMO.
